CDH Contracting was formed in 2007 when Curtis Hinshaw recognized the need to provide cutting-edge contracting services with a personal touch.

CDH Contracting provides a high level of coordination and pre-planning for construction projects from inception to completion, allowing clients to focus on their own tasks. We deliver efficiency, high productivity and fast turn around of all phases of the construction process. Whether reviewing project feasibility, developing a budget estimate, consulting, or delivering the final construction, we work quickly and competently toward the desired results for our clients.

Who We Are

Curtis Hinshaw, President / Project Manager

Curtis has been working in the construction industry for over twenty years.

Curtis has experience delivering a wide variety of construction projects including medical, dialysis/renal care, institutional, senior housing, interiors/tenant finish, retail, restaurant, and industrial. With a high attention to details and focus project pre-planning, Curtis has been able to provide a high level of construction project management services for the many range of clientele that he has had the pleasure to serve.


Scott Tucker, Project Manager

Scott brings more than 10 years of construction experience to his role as Project Manager with CDH Contracting.

Scott brings a client focused perspective to each individual project. His creative leadership and management style has led to successful project deliveries in healthcare, dialysis / renal care, restaurant, private office, and religious sectors of work through his career.

Educated at Western Kentucky University, Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Construction Management. Through project planning and budget development to project close-out and turnover, Scott implements a positive teamwork philosophy to help produce projects that meet client’s goals and expectations.
